We send them billions in aid. So 2017, we send them a couple billon less and use that money to build the wall. Viola’ Mexico has paid for it.

Given that they were getting that money, essentially yes. We spend the same amount that we would have anyway, Mexico has less money and we have a wall.

I’d rather see them cut a check but this will do too.
