BOTH Bushes were disasters as president, no. 1 for dismantling Ronald Reagan's conservative reforms, refusing to do what was needed to finish the job in Iraq War I and agreeing with the left to raise taxes...no. 2 for spending like a drunken sailor, governing like a democrat AND his 'supreme' court appointments.
