Huma reads an important classified Fax that has been classified by the CIA. She wants to advise Hillary on something related to the information she just read.
What Huma WON'T DO: Quote verbatim from the classified sections of the FAX.
What Huma WILL DO: Reword the classified information in a way that she believes is OK to send in the clear.
I believe this is what the IGs and the Intelligence Agencies are seeing. They are seeing Huma’s failures to successfully rewrite otherwise classified information and then release it onto the public Internet.
And I'm not attempting to defend Huma or Hillary here. I'm just acknowledging that they both know the rules and probably did their best to avoid releasing classified data.
But that is, IMHO, an impossible task and that is why Hillary needs to be charged, convicted and jailed for setting up a system using the public Internet that inevitably would allow the release of U.S. Classified information.
Your take is very interesting. By Huma paraphrasing the classified information, it technically becomes personal email which Hillary felt she had a right to delete. There’s where she’s wrong though as Judge N pointed out, ALL the emails on the server belong to we the people and she had no right to delete or otherwise destroy ANY of them.
Some of the top secret emails contained sat image files. You cannot clean those up. They just stripped the labels. We are talking over a thousand emails.
