LOL! I’ve seen the blood draining thing a time or two.

As an aside, my dad was an O-6 USN Supply Corps and when he was the Chief of Atomic Weapons Material in New Mexico ‘63-’67, he rec’d the first ever permanent Sir Gaard award for security and never losing a code while he was in command from the AEC. I still have the award and a cert from the AEC for “Illigitimus Non Carborundus”. :>}

I am not familiar with the AEC procedures as I never did any work with them. In this case the 'Illigitimus' would be DIRNSA and/or a minion (I resemble that remark). It does sound like the perfect name for such an award.
