Wow. Fox in the morning & Fox at night must be fundamentally different. I don’t watch Fox at night, but do watch F&F in the morning.

Steve Doocy just interviewed a Constitutional scholar who said the 14th A does NOT make the kids of illegals born here citizens. Doocy seems to agree. I do, too.

New born illegals in the US are NOT subject to US jurisdiction, they are subject to their parent’s jurisdiction & the country of the parent’s origin.

Imagine a similar situation where an American couple living & working in Mexico, legally or not, has a child in Mexico. Is the child Mexican or American? If the couple returns to the US, can Mexico prohibit the exit of the child? Can the US refuse entry to the child?

Common sense says that a child should remain with the parents wherever they go & retain their parent’s nationality. In the case of Illegal aliens, when they are expelled from a country their children should be expelled, too.

Somebody gave the example of the Prince and Prinecess of England being in the USA and their baby is born. According to those ignoramuses O’REilly, Judge Napolitano and DAna Perino, he would be a lawful, natural citizen of the USA. NOnsense.
