The constant and consistent penetration and nullification of CIA established cells in Warsaw Pact areas tends to spotlight the fact that the CIA was heavily occupied by Sov agents at that time.

It’s well understood that the Dept o’ State was infested with same.

I doubt anything has changed since. Americans, honestly, do not own the operational arms of our gov and haven’t for half a century.
