Why do you think he would have grounds to sue Daily Mail? Wouldn’t it make more sense to sue Ashley Madison for not verifying the true name of the person impersonating him?
I honestly don’t know who Ashley Madison is....
....but Daily Mail is spewing it all over the internet.
