State Department destroyed Clinton aides’ BlackBerrys
Washington Times ^ | August 19, 2015 | Stephen Dinan

The State Department destroyed the BlackBerry devices issued to two top aides of former Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton, and never issued Mrs. Clinton a device at all, officials told a federal court Wednesday.

The filing came a day before officials will have to appear in court to detail the steps they took to try to track down Mrs. Clinton’s emails, and whatever computers or other devices she may have used to send them.

Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm, has sued to get a look at the emails of Mrs. Clinton and two top aides at State: Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills.

RUT ROH !

What is that Hilary ?

The cover up is worse than the crime it’s self ?

What did she know and when did she know it ?

Richard M. Nixon’s ghost seeking revenge on Hillary.

You reap what you have sowen, how history has a funny way of repeating it’s self.

Hillary ? The only question now is ?

What color do you like your federal prison prison ware ?

Orange ? Pink ?

This is what should be asked at her campaign stops, what color prison outfit does she like or want.

Both those women have been with Hillary Clinton for a long time and know where the bodies are buried. Unfortunately they’re minority and female and therefore protected by the uni-party so they probably can’t be flipped.

But if the data is destroyed, no matter how crassly, it becomes nothing. No one on the Left is prosecuted for destroying data,n ot in the politital world where the Left is on top.

Actually, according to the wording of the article, it's not at all certain Mills' and Abedin's Blackberries were destroyed. There's only the State Department's presumption they were, based on what appears to be merely an assumption they were turned in at all:

[State Department officials] went on to say that Ms. Mills and Ms. Abedin were issued BlackBerry devices, which were likely turned in at the end of their service.

Likely turned in? LIKELY? How about freaking checking the logs? Or was that another silly bit of bureaucratic red tape Hillary and her handmaidens were not subject to?

Destroying the Blackberry’s does not destroy the messages or call logs.

It does destroy the text messages.

Text messages (the actual text) are not stored on phone company servers, after delivery.

It's likely that if text conversations existed, and were deleted, some of their contents would be recoverable. My guess is, that is why the destroyed the phones.

“That’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.”

I wonder if I’m the only one that recognized that was from that ad...’I’m going to unfriend you.’?
