To the scores of Freepers out there much smarter than I, well maybe more than scores, how are the Feds able to know what you downloaded onto your computer?
Common sense says they pull an IP report for hits which automatically means you downloaded some sort of content. But, if they know where to look for activity, know the activity is illegal, why can't they shut down the website?
OR????????????? Do the Feds run the websites?
