Only a racist could claim that Shaun King's not black. He sees himself as a black man, and it's his own image of himself that matters. He's black. The narrow-minded hateful people who claim Shaun King isn't black are just as intolerant and bigoted as the narrow-minded hateful people who refuse to accept that Caitlyn Jenner is all woman. Next those people are going to claim that Obama is not the most pro-Israel occupant of our White House in the history of the universe, which is an obvious lie because Barack Hussein Obama says even the Iranian nukes he's paying for will be pro-Israel. Anti-science bigots just gotta hate, and they ignore real facts, such as self-image, to focus on narrow details such as genes and chromosomes.
