I’m not arguing that he’s wrong in his conclusion, but if there is a conflict between Article I, section 8 and the 14th Amendment, the latter would negate the former in that case. That’s how amendments work.

There was no conflict until the court became involved. If you listened to the first hour of Levin today he read verbatum the author of the citizenship porvision of the 14th Amendment.If it didn not cover the Indians or any one else not under the juristiction of the US government (the illegals) there is no case to be made for birthright citzenship for noncitizens
