“Jared Fogle: Former Subway Spokesman Allegedly Paid For Sex With 16-Year-Old”
Not a big fan of this guy or Subway for that matter, but you do have to think:
Having sex with a 16 year old girl is illegal because she is a ‘child’ and not able to make such a decision.
According to the Supreme Court, a 13 year old girl IS not a child and can therefore make the decision to have an abortion without her parents consent.
When you put those two statements side by side it just makes you go HUH?
