Yes. But Canada has birthright citizenship as does the U.S. So what is your definition of a natural born citizen?

OK, thanks. Since his US citizen mother was of maturity (18 years or older) when he was born in Canada while she was temporarily overseas, he is a natural born citizen.

And I’m not interested in getting into a pissing contest with you, so go bother someone else.
