It is strongly suspected that she was on steroids. Her time became better by a large margin in one year. She also increased muscle mass in a short time.

Also other athletes testified they had been sold steroids by her husband. Others say they knew she was on steroids.

Anyway her time was better by a huge margin than any other female. I still had a faster time in the 100.

So, maybe we should give women soldiers steroids to make them like men, but if we did that, why then not give the men steroids to make them stronger?
