I’m just wondering how far she could carry my 21 yr old 175lb shot up asks if my life depended on it.
I have watched that and seen what you are talking about. They are impressive, but how much is Ninja Warriors just a reality show? Toss in real div I wide receivers, and see who wins. Just sayin...
Wow thanks. You gave the clear answer. You are an honest person.
It is sad that it has come to this.
Agree, this is BS.
Men are also granted another chance on occasion. This "second chance" policy did not begin with female applicants...
If you are captured by Muslim terrorist ready to cut your head off, if you could choose, would you rather have female or male Ranges try to save your ass?
Agree completely. This is diversity BS.
I have no problems with women serving honorably in our military but let's face it, Army Rangers are ELITE. That's supposed to mean something, or so, we would think.
Just so you know, I am not anti-woman in the military-— 3 of my children attended/attend service academies. My oldest daughter graduated from the Air Force Academy.
Guys are tougher...no doubt...it’s physiology!
Sure it’s a reality show but not like Big Brother. Some contestants train intensely. There are professional athletes and West Point graduate contestants.
For how long?
What do his achievements have to do with whether the Rangers lowered their standards? What do the timing of his mortgage payments have to do with anything at all?
We ALL know the cops, firefighters, Marines - everybody has had to change their admission requirements for women - not because women are dumber but because they are weaker. It's biology - women are not nearly as strong as men.
There was no way in hell the Army wasn’t going to get at least a few women through Ranger School. Can you imagine what would have happened if they would have had to announce that no woman could make it through the training?
Plus, as women trying to make it in man’s world, they have to have more fortitude than their male counterparts. Female cadets often face extreme vulgarity and harassment because men (understandably) don’t want them there. If you want to play with the boys, you’d better be tougher than most of them.
Having said that, I agree with other posts. I don’t see the point. If they can’t serve in combat, why bother?
I was in the Navy and was never told Ranger school was open to sailors.

The Army has done just fine without them but I see your point.
The Army is probably going to let them eventually drop out and quietly go on about it’s business. I hope.
The Crewbas could probably do it....
Women need to be trained for combat, but they don’t belong in the special forces or Marines.
“USNA. ...At least we’re still a drop tougher than USAFA”
