the incompetence accusation fits the State Department for getting CAUGHT. The same stands true for those in DC, most of whom are criminals. They only get caught if one of their fellow DC criminals exposes them. Unfortunately, DC white collar crime hardly ever gets prosecuted and the criminals almost never go to jail for their crimes, unless of course they speak against the political establishment. Crime pays very well if one is a DC politician.
They should make a law that says it is not a crime to defraud the U.S. taxpayer or lie to a federal judge - things would be so much simpler. Everything would be nice again
