Uh.. I'm not sure it's as clear as you imagine.

The courts certainly don't think so.

It amazes me how many FReepers think the constitution means whatever agrees with them.

It amazes me how many FReepers think the constitution means whatever agrees with them. It amazes me how many politicians and supreme courts "justices" think the very same way. I hope you don't question why the country will head into a CWII. The people supporting this country will not take for much longer their wealth being stolen and given to invaders.
