What constitutionally protected right does a non-citizen have to live illegally in America?
NONE.. the provision of citizenship by birth is for children of people who are here legally.... not law breakers.
Read it... 14th amendment.
Because if they give birth while on American soil the child is automatically an American citizen. Doesn’t matter if the parents are here illegally or not.
Then because the child is an American citizen, it’s easier for said illegal parents to bypass the citizenship line and become a de-facto American with all of our precious rights and freedoms. On your dime and mine.
That’s the loophole. Get your wife here and have her give birth. You win.
