It would take an amendment to the Constitution to end birthright citizenship.

How so? Birthright citizenship was conjured up by SCOTUS in 1982. I wasn't aware that SCOTUS was given the power to Naturalize citizens...../s

Constitution doesn’t guarantee birthright citizenship....SCOTUS gave us that little gift :-/

Well at least TRUMP is bringing it up and now the country may start having a conversation about it. This will force the other GOP candidates to address it as well.
