Agree. Past Supreme Court decisions haven’t stopped the left from challenging them every day of the week for the past century. We can challenge the anchor babies thing, it doesn’t hurt to try.

That’s the great thing about the Trump immigration plan. If we even get just half of this stuff, we are far better off than we were.

There has not been any will to challenge the principle of jus soli in recent history. It is time now. Big time now.

I think the court was FOS in 1898 and they are FOS now.

It sounds like the people who say “The Bible doesn’t say anything about homosexual marriage” or “The 2nd Amendment means States have a right to militias.”

Conservatives are supposed to be those who can read the clear language of a law and say “Okay, that’s what it says.”

Why is it so hard to say “The Constitution says this, and if we want it to change, we need to amend the Constitution”?

Let’s stop playing the game of twisting and contorting clear language and just amend the Constitution!
