Actually his “they must go”, which I applaud, had to do with the Dreamers and DACA beneficiaries.
I just watched the whole interview with Chuck and he reiterated his position that the “good ones” (non-criminals otherwise) would be “expedited” back as legal workers through his plan.
That is a version of amnesty.
At this point Trump and Cruz are my two guys, but I’m not going to kid myself into hearing Trump say what he didn’t say—or not hearing what he did say.
If that’s true then what Trump said in the interview has been misreported starting last night. It was evidently pre-recorded and all all the reports last night made no distinction in who had to leave the country.
