However, with clear evidence of crime, the FBI and Federal Prosecutors can obtain warrants to seize all these bits from the email provider, if the email provider doesn't just turn it all over upon request.
They'll likely just turn it over.

Exactly, there is a big coverup at the State Dept for letting Hillary use a private account. They knew she was using it and as investigations go deeper, heads will have roll there too.
