I bet the number of dems who would “jump the broom” and vote for him is astronomical. Many , many are like my sweet mother who only let go of her “traditional democratic” notions for the last 2 elections. Her eyes were opened and she realized she really was a flaming conservative after the realities of liberalism hit her. I really believe many dems have been longing for the same end to the idiocy of their party. They remember a time when the everyday, average working person voted democratic to protect his or her way of life. These people hate the bizarre, convoluted thinking that is central to the democratic party platform.
