It's too bad that the caller fell into Rush's trap (Can you name any other Republican candidate in the debate seeking the nomination that I have criticized?) Rush, whether intentionally or not, skipped the part the caller asked about Trump not being a true Conservative.
I've been wondering since Trump was up in the polls why Rush is promoting Trump so much. Now I know. He wants to beat the Democrats. That's it! No matter who, as long as he/she has R next to the name. What is he going to do if Trump goes third party?

A few weeks ago some guy called Rush and laid out some of Trump's liberal positions. Rush was completely dismissive, to the point of being mocking, and he didn't address the points then, either.
