OK. But why did Clinton pick that obscure firm in the first place?

*******************************************************

Only the Clintoons know the answer to that, but maybe they heard about Platte River when this happened (see link below) and figured they weren't squeaky clean & wouldn't be bothered too much by turning their head on some of the server stuff(?). All pure speculation on my part.

EXCLUSIVE: Tech company which maintained Hillary's secret server was sued for 'illegally accessing' database and 'stealing White House military advisers' phone numbers'

Key time line from story:
“June 2013 – Hillary’s team shifts control of the email domain to an outside IT contractor in Denver called Platte River Networks, and sends the original server hardware to a data center facility in New Jersey, where it is erased.”

By the time the server arrived in Plate River’s hands, the original HD was already gone; so what was the point of sending the server box to some firm in Denver, if it no longer contained any of the emails?

A contribution by Plate to Hillary’s fund makes no sense in light of her sending her now useless server to them. And what was Plate doing with the server anyway?

The more you dig into the weeds the stranger this story becomes.
