(CNN) The Iowa State Fair won't allow Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to give kids free rides on his helicopter on fairgrounds, but the real estate developer has secured a nearby location.
The helicopter will take off from a parking lot outside the fair in Des Moines, campaign state chairman Chuck Laudner told CNN on Friday, adding that Trump may hop on a few rides as well.
CNN previously reported that the Sikorsky is one of three that he owns, seats 12 people comfortably, including the pilot.

Insurance is legalized gambling. The only difference is life insurance because everyone is going to die. All aviation insurance is eventually handled by Lloyds of London. Underwriters there subscribe to the risk. For example, no one underwriter underwrites a big airline, like American or Delta. The risk, and the premiums, are shared. So no, I think that Trump has exposure because I doubt he would seek a rider to his policy to cover the Iowa State Fair. And minor’s cannot have their rights waived by themselves or their parents. Trump is betting that the PR value of the helicopter rides is worth the risk. Again, legalized gambling.

The Iowa State Fair is not officially involved. Trump never even officially contacted the Iowa State Fair.
A fair spokesman responded to demand from the media for a comment after DT made claims to the media.
A deal was made with a property owner near the fairgrounds.
