they should make one, but make it crappy.
Making a cake against your religious beliefs is no different than giving the Nazis a salute. It is beside the point that your "salute" is pathetic and without vigor, the only thing that matters is that you were forced to do it and that you have acknowledged you will obey their diktats.
That’s what I’m saying. Be a smarter martyr.
The downside is, the gay couple and their friends might actually like it.
Anyway, the 'net is full of very creative ideas for gay wedding cakes! (I would post pictures, but I'd probably be banned for life.)
“they should make one, but make it crappy.”
But then they would be charged with a “hate crime”.
If this were a baseball game I would be chasing the members of the “other team” with a baseball bat. And the umpires would not be safe from the expression of wrath either.
But of course, even baseball has now become politically correct, too.
They should not bake the cake. I can think of so many reasons why that would practically, morally, and principally be a bad idea that my head is spinning.
They should not have to make a bad cake, an Ex-Lax cake, or anything like that. Purposely baking a bad cake, or one that will make people at the “wedding” sick, is against the Christian faith just as much as approving of a gay “wedding” is. They should not have to do it at all.
“they should make one, but make it crappy.”
or add some “Special Sauce”
You want that cake when? No, sorry, we’re too busy that day.
