A custom cake baker in suburban Denver can’t cite his religious convictions in declining to make a wedding cake for two men, a Colorado appeals court ruled today.
“Cake artist” Jack Phillips said he gladly serves gays and lesbians in his family business. But, Phillips said, he could not in good conscience design a wedding cake for a same-sex couple when, as a Christian, he believes that marriage is the union of a man and a woman.
A three-judge panel of the Colorado Court of Appeals ruled that not doing so amounts to illegal discrimination based on sexual orientation, the Associated Press reported.

That is the only thing they care about. Your futile gesture beyond that is completely irrelevant to them. They have simply scored another legal victory in their efforts to use the legal system to force homosexual normalization on everyone.
They should not have to make a bad cake, an Ex-Lax cake, or anything like that. Purposely baking a bad cake, or one that will make people at the “wedding” sick, is against the Christian faith just as much as approving of a gay “wedding” is. They should not have to do it at all.
Well, when you realize all this is designed to bring Christians into subjection, marginalize them, and end Christ’s influence in society, you’ll known that would be met with more state censure.
If he is an artist/artisan, they decline projects and commissions all the time for a wide number of reasons.
Already have other projects. Dont really do what youre asking. Dnt have a good idea for what id do for that. Dont like the subject area. Dont do the kind of subject art youre asking for. That isnt what im known for making. Not interested in doing that project. Not schooled in that form or style or school of art.

Homosexuals have been working for a very long time to be regarded by the legal system as a "protected class." America has always been recognized as a Christian nation and satan hates that. But now there's a multi pronged attack to destroy it. Homosexuals granted divine status. Christian businesses refused the luxury of their convictions. The potus bringing in the enemies of America by the hundreds of thousands.

Plenty of businesses deny service to customers regardless of protected class status. It doesnt matter if they are or are not.

This is a really good response to update bakery policy to be totally fair to future clients.
