I think the President is insane personally, but it is hard to kick someone out of the courts without a proof of something that disqualifies him from office.
I sure can’t believe he’s don thousands of executive orders.

Well my agenda is to simply point out that the birth certificate/birth issue is a dead end and we should go find something else to be productive with.
Maybe work hard for a candidate to replace him.
Find something legally we can make stick against various things he’s done like instigating race riots, using the IRS against Republicans, wiretapping the White House Press and so forth.
It’s not eiher/or. An ineligible person must be prosecuted.

The bigger disaster at this point would be to allow this worst President in history getting white washed in the history books as being anything except simply the worst in everything.

She was a US citizen, but wasn’t old enough when Baraq was born to convey the citizenship privilege.
Matters little, anyway. When mom married Soetero (sp?) and they all moved to Indonesia. That country did not allow dual citizenship, so US citizenship was given up. ....That’s why Obama’s school records are sealed; they show he was a foreign student.

I stand by my claim that I thought a court upheld that an American citizen was qualified to be President by birth if one of the Parents was a citizen at the time.

Just going from memory... I think the law says the American mother has to have lived in the US for at least 5 years after the age of 15.
S. Ann Dunham was 18 and had been living in Africa, so could not convey US citizenship.
