Here in San Diego we’ve got double walls and triple walls in some places, stadium lighting on the border, drone flights and motion detectors plus constant Border Patrol human surveillance. But we’ve also got 70 miles of oceanfront coastline with none of that. The cartels build tunnels under the walls and fly their own drones over it.
You can surf or ocean swim into this country.

There are a thousand ways to get Mexico to pay for the wall. Obviously it may not be a check in the mail from Mexico, but it will be a thousand different ways we can charge fees on trades with Mexico. Stopping flow of unskilled and criminal Mexicans alone will save us so much money, it will pay for the wall.
