The truly sad thing is, there are a LOT of parents who would willingly submit to this, seeing it as just another benefit in a life-long string of freebies.

My son’s school had Open House the other night, and during the general orientation, the principal announced that the school qualified for the Obama Lunch program (CEP), and that “BREAKFAST AND LUNCH WILL NOW BE FREEEEE!” Almost all of the parents there erupted in applause.

The town I live in is rural, and (it seems to me) a lot of people don’t work, opting for a life of welfare. People like this would welcome more government involvement in their lives, just to remove more responsiblity.

It is disturbing this is extending into rural towns

It invests more and more into govt welfare in an effort to alter their voting behavior

It is all about power for an elite group
