O’Reilly must be freaking out over the ratings debacle on Tuesday because he’s interrupting his vacation to call into his own show tonight.
Is it Juan Williams who is substituting for him?

The O’Reilly show is a very personality driven program. Like him or not, people seem to watch based on Bill’s persona. The show rarely does as well without him on. For a long time the stand-ins were radio talk show hosts (Ingraham and Malkin are two that come to mind) and I assume it was hoped they could use their talk radio platforms to help stem the ratings losses when BoR isn’t around.
When Juan subs for him, the ratings take a big hit. But that isn’t unusual.
I think they are grooming the guy from Water’s World to fill that slot when BoR goes, but that is just a guess.
Megyn has made the 9PM EST time slot a massive hit for Fox. Much better ratings than Hannity was getting and she is even beating BoR in the demo periodically now. She is Fox’s rising star which is why I really don’t think angry Trump supporters are going to have any effect.
