I am feeling betrayed
vanity | 12 August 2015 | BRK

Posted on 08/12/2015 9:59:00 AM PDT by BRK

After the big GOP debate event the other night, I was left devastated by the behavior of the Fox News hosts.

Today, I hear this is all part of a larger plan for Fox News to betray it's core audience of conservatives in an attempt to move to the center and grab market share from the major networks.

Guys, I am very depressed by this news. I was already sickened by Fox radio news every hour on the hour, and now to watch Megyn Kelly and other Fox leaders make a "career move" while serving masters of the GOPe is making me want to throw up. The long list of kudos and high fives from the commie leftist media just added to my disgust.

We were already betrayed in 2010 and big time after the 2014 elections, but if we lose Fox News like what I was hearing about this morning, we are are going be be a very disappointed bunch of folks. What's next?

Hee... hee... Remember when Rita Cosby breathlessly reported that the Supreme Court gave the election to Al Gore?

LOL maybe president Trump can tax the other networks out of business so there is nothing but Trump TV all day 24/7.

Agree. I have permanently turned away from FOX and am waiting to Breitbart or Trump or someone to fill the vacuum that has been created.

Welcome to the 21st century...there are sooooooo many other outlets to receive news and information from...Fox is just another noisy network in competition with other noisy networks. Probably been 10 years since fair and balanced was even a close description.

They tried to isolate and stigmatize Trump fro the outset.

They are submitting to MSM impulse towards collectivism.

They are tired of being embattled grubby rebels, now want to golf and lounge in the country club in tassled loafers.

Get rid of cable; your family will interact more.

Use Drudge.

Use FREEP.

Use others like hotair, twitch, zerohedge, infowars; you’ll be way ahead of the curve.

Use Rush and Beck.

“Trump is all that stands between us and a Bush nomination...”

I can’t even imagine this Bush in the White House. First order of business: Open a new position in the First Lady’s staff: English Instructor. Revise hydraulic systems in President’s limos and Secret Service rigs so they’ll hop up and down. There’ll be nine families living in the Lincoln Bedroom. New National Anthem: “Lowrider”.

Go ahead. Beat me up.

Trump is the demolition team.

Cruz is the construction team.

Do not put your trust in princes,
Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.
His spirit departs, he returns to his earth;
In that very day his plans perish.

Zactly...and the matchup between “debate moderators” and Trump earned them 24 million viewers. The largest non-sports cable TV event in history.

Cruz is the construction team.

Why does Cruz need someone to be the demolition team?

FOX news is by no means perfect, and the To its credit, it has reported far more than any other channel on the Banghazi and Clinton’s e-mail scandals. I have seen Cruz interviewed several times. Greta and others have provided great coverage of the Marine held in Mexico and the mess in Baltimore. The positive treatment of Israel is unlike that on any other channel. FOX is not obsessed - like CNN - of constantly reporting on anything negative about the police, even minor traffic stops. Best of all, FOX has Jeanine Pirro’s.

I don’t feel betrayed by Fox because I didn’t trust them in the first place.

It made me angry that they froze out Ted Cruz because they’re afraid of him, but I expected them to do so. They would have done anything to keep the audience from hearing him speak.
