The universal word is used as a noun, verb, adjective in practically every movie or TV series.
Remember a couple months back when two cops confronted an obviously deranged man in the subway who was carrying a knife and refused to lay it down. He was eventually shot by the police but in the course of the confrontation the cops used the F*** word profusely to be immortalized on youtube.
There was a time when a parent would have been humiliated by such but not anymore. Language today makes this old sailor blush.
A vendor was selling a patch at the latest bike week that said “F*CK YOU, YOU F*CKING F*CK!”
I found that hysterically funny, from a linguistic point of view.

That word has lost its weight, but niggardly, black hole and dark meat are now considered offensive.
