When did “customers” become “guests”? I have never charged my “guests” for anything. Has anyone here charged a “guest”
for something. They are “guests” for crying out loud. We are really and truly in the dumper.
I’ve been a “guest” and I’ve been an “associate”, I’d much rather be a “valued customer” and a “valued employee”.
