To: longtermmemmory

A lot of stuff that used to be he said / she said is now settled by the video footage. I am okay with sealing court records. I am not okay in any way with gag orders. I am also okay with denying employment based on unavailable records. It’s appropriate if secrecy has a cost.

What hasn’t changed is that infidelity is a betrayal and children need two parents.

Homosexuals wouldn’t touch marriage with a twenty foot pole back when getting caught in bed with someone else was going to cost them half their assets.

sealing records can be unsealed for cause.

In court cases it requires both parties.

Divorce cases are emotional and often full of lawyer funded BS. (spending money on mistresses, cheating, financial lying etc)

When child custody is involved it gets even uglier.

Sealing records eliminates that blackmail.
