I’m not sure he is a traitor.

PROVE he is actually an American citizen, and I’ll agree he’s a traitor.

Otherwise he falls under the legal definition of a non-uniformed enemy combatant, just like any other spy or saboteur.

If soeotoro is not an American citizen, then neither is Cruz by the same criteria.

It will be interesting to see how the islamocommucrats bring up that issue if Cruz breaks out. That they can’t doesn’t mean they won’t.

Nor am I. Can he be a traitor when he has the unlimited support of Congress, SCOTUS and a majority of the population?

In that case, wouldn't we be the traitors?
