Not a typical on-line poll. Another Freeper addressed their methodology, which is actually pretty scientific.

Yes and no.
Not your typical online poll where just anyone can click in and tweak the results. This was a targeted survey with a clearly identified sample.

I don’t put as much stock as I do in traditional polling, but survey monkey has a fairly strong methodology. The future is coming, and online sample polls ... not just ‘click here to like’ type polls ... are going to be more and more common.

This is in fact a poll with a calculated margin of error of 3.4%. I wouldn’t dismiss it out of hand.
