I find it pretty impossible to believe Mills was told by her attorney to destroy the records rather than turn them over. How does one admit that without the expectation of going to jail and not collecting $200 or passing Go?
The amount of time in prison for destroying the emails would be small potatoes compared to what’s in store for them if people find out what is in the emails.
