It was a Fox News panel discussion where they called Cruz a pitbull (I think it was Cruz) and Bush a metro-sexual purse dog. I shortened it to purse puppy.
I may be remembering the source wrong. I think it was Fox News. But the Jeb Bush as a metro-sexual purse dog was the key thing.
