You as I and Cruz understand that the Constitution is a document that is mostly limitations on the power of the Federal Government. In fact the majority of the spending by the Federal Government is totally outside the authority granted by the Constitution.
The Constitution is the only thing between us and tyranny imposed by our own Federal Government. We do not need new laws, we need a government that operates within its clearly defined limits as stated in the Constitution.
If Madison, Washington, Jay, Hamilton and Jefferson were alive today, they would be leading armed revolution against the Federal Government. We went to war against England opposing precisely what is now being imposed by Washington against the “free and independent individual states.”
