The issue is that there was no parity when it came to the questions and the candidate being questioned. Serious policy questions were asked of 9 of them; Trump was asked tabloid questions.
If Fox were “fair and balanced”, Jeb should’ve been asked, “In 1999, your wife purposely and illegally smuggled $20,000 worth of jewelry clothing into the U.S. in order to avoid paying taxes. She declared only $500 worth. She was given two chances to declare the true amount of federal taxes she owed. She declined. You supported her. Is the type of President and First Lady we want in the White House?”
And if Fox were “fair and balanced”, Jeb should’ve been asked.
Governor Bush you sat on the board of Directors for Bloomberg’s worldwide women’s healthcare initiative, which promotes abortion all over the world. When asked about it you said you were on it for education and didn’t know it promoted abortion. But governor this is really hard to believe since you advocate for aborting children in the cases of rape, incest and life of the mother, which is in direction contradiction of your church, the Catholic Church’s teachings on abortion. Can you explain to us why you believe it’s OK for a child to be killed because of the circumstances the child was conceived? First please clarify how you could not possibly have known Bloomberg’s foundation promoted abortion, and secondly why do want to kill the baby and let the father live in cases of rape and incest.
NOTE: Megyn Kelly did not ask him about abortion exceptions or grill him about his work for Bloomberg’s abortion mill because she knew it would be the end of his candidacy and her role in the “debate” was to destroy Trump and play nice with Bush.
