Seemed to be saying that he perceived that she was in a rage.

Yes he clearly seemed to be saying she was in a rage, and I don't think anybody is saying otherwise. The question is what bloody body part was he going to refer to after he mentioned that there was blood coming out of her eyes?

Perhaps he didn’t have any other body part in mind which is why he cut off in mid-sentence. Have you ever been in a conversation where you are trying to come up with a hyperbole to try to convey how strongly you feel about something, and then in mid-sentence you realize you can’t think of anything? It happens. It’s happened to me before.

e.g. That was the worst song I’ve ever heard, it was like .. just really bad.

Trump's locution is not as polished as your typical professional politicians. he hasn't spent years perfecting his sound bites. Eloquent speech is simply not his gift. With that in mind, it's not 100% obvious to me that he was, in fact, implying that Megyn was menstruating. It sounds to me like he was saying "she was out for my blood".

Blood shooting out of her vagina? The Don’t certainly thinks so.
