Actually I think Trump didn’t go into business to go bankrupt and sometimes things happen that are beyond whatever was planned and that is why we have the bankruptcy laws. Is he supposed to not use to law to his advantage? I now work for a very successful big name company with a strong social justice demeanor and I can tell you this company takes advantage of EVERY benefit offered by the law.
I’d say overall Trump has been extremely beneficial to the economy. Is he always a nice guy? This is the NY real estate business....I see it as a nice guys finish last environment. BUT, it many ways I think it has honed his skills to deal with the A-holes a POTUS has to face....unless he wants to be like the traitor BHO and give them whatever they want.
I have been in business most of my life. It isn’t always pretty. And in fact, politics is hardly ever pretty. I amazed Trump would ever put himself in this position - he isn’t stupid and had to know what was coming - and I do believe he genuinely wants to make this country better.
