Respectfully disagree. Cruz doesn’t have to “break out” now. Right now, polls are meaningless uninformed nonsense. Cruz will continue to raise money and fortify his organization, then he’ll past Trump on his time table.

That is absolute nonsense that Cruz doesn’t have to worry about polls or break out right now. Yeah - we will just wait for a miracle to happen and people will eventually drink the koolaid and see the light. Uh huh. It doesn’t happen that way. Crowds and masses respond to buzz and excitement which is why Trump’s poll numbers are so high.
Look — I am a Ted Cruz supporter. In fact he is the only serious candidate I see up there. But he is doing awful in the polls and not even close to where he should be. He needs to gain momentum and thus far he is stagnant with polling in the 5-6% range. That is awful. So thus far I would say he has little chance of doing anything - maybe a cabinet post.
