I admit, I was somewhat disappointed in Donald Trump’s Debate performance last night. But, I did something; I watched the Debate re-run. Trump did so much better the second time I watched it. Sometimes, we want our “guy” to win so badly, we are kinda tensed up and when it seems he is being “blind-sided” or not doing to well and that distorts our perspective of it all. After viewing the re-run, or your DVR Recording of the event, you will see that he really did pretty doggone good. I learned this years ago when a minister said when he felt his sermon “bombed” he went back and listened to he CD of his sermon. Miraculously, 100% of the time, he did much better than he thought he did.
In my opinion, it is because the GOP has been inconsistent in supporting its nominees that it was a legitimate question.
If Trump had answered in the affirmative, then it would've been time to ask Mitch and the boys if they would support Trump, were he the nominee.
I don't think that questions gets asked now...

I agree with you. The same thing here. I was so enraged by the questions I honestly was blowing my top so, that I didn’t hear the answers well.
The second time through cleared the air.
Trump is Perot all over again. Perot got Clinton into the White House. Why would this one not use the same tricks they know work?
Good point. I often rewatch NFL games and its easier to truly see what actually went on as opposed to when I saw the game live while rooting for an outcome (and drinking LOL)

Just to be clear, I don’t want DT as President. I think he is still the liberal he always was and would instill liberal policies on us.
That said, If people want flash over the substance of Cruz, then so be it. I just hope that the damage he does to the left (Inclufing the GOP) far exceeds what he does to conservatives and conservatism.
Unlike Romney I think Trump loves his country. But I still think his ideas for it are bad. Not all of them, but enough of them to make my support for him not an option for me. And by the looks of things, he won’t need my vote to win anyway.

If the media, the moderates, the Establishment and the pansies want to be put in the corner, again, along with you apparently, that’s fine, but they are not going to put Trump there. LOL!
All we ever needed for a Third Party is some noise, an accomplished leader with testosterone and a crowd and we’re gone.
