Most H1Bs are completely fake. They do not have the credentials they claim they have, and do low-paid grunt work for long hours.
About 20 years ago, all these jobs were filled by Americans. They were not very good either, but the salaries were higher.
I address that by saying H1-Bs need to be based on salary and not lottery.
