Where is your evidence for any of that?

The Muslim Brotherhood dates back to 1920s Egypt.

Al Qaeda was founded by Osama bin Laden in 1988 well before we got involved in the Balkans.

The Balkans aren’t Arab, and ISIS is a Sunni Arab terror group originating in Iraq and Syria.
