Okay - instead of these sickos finding interesting venues to raise hell and take out innocents on their way to hell, I propose we just create Suicide by Cop zones. The James Holmes wannabe shows up there, and a cop or cops saves dozens of lives by simply shooting the poor bastard and putting him out of our misery. No slaughter, no years of high dollar lawyers buying endless delays and reprieves, no taxpayer supported lifetime of TLC for the little psychos. Problem solved.
