Every ten minutes, I go look at the TV for a few seconds, and he’s still droning on, like he’s inspired by Fidel Castro. Why? Either he’s coerced enough Dem votes to over-ride a veto, or he hasn’t.
Unless, he thinks he might be able to actually pass it with a majority on the first pass, and he can gin up some public pressure. That can’t be it, can it?
